The hotel's spa facilities were very good and the staff were all friendly. the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for some relaxation.
The bar and restaurant were closed upon our arrival, which was very disappointing after a long journey. the hotel seemed to cater more towards Turkish visitors, making it difficult for us to communicate and navigate the area.

We expected to enjoy the bar and restaurant, but they were closed during our visit. some things were not working properly, such as the frigobar and the cleaning service was not up to par.
